Clients are responsible for:

• Payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. DataOtto retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

DataOtto's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
